Chocolate Covered Raisins Fudge

I love to snack on chocolate covered “healthy foods” like almonds, blueberries or raisins. Eating fruit or nuts totally justifies the chocolate! However, those foods are rarely covered with healthy chocolate…

This dish gives that luscious fruity chocolate flavor in a rich, healthy fudge!

The mixture of raisins and chocolate combines flawlessly for a soft, chewy treat.

By the look of it, I hope you can tell the very dense texture of this fudge. It’s so moist and so dense, you’d think it’s almost a half baked batter. But it’s not! It’s a lovely raw dessert that is easy to make and totally vegan.

The raisins give such a wonderful sweet flavor, this fudge doesn’t need any other added sweeteners.  And with just 5 ingredients, you can easily have this delicious fruity fudge at your finger tips!
