- 1 ripe Avocado
- ½ cup Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup Almond Milk
- ⅓ cup Agave
- 1½ teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- dash of Salt
- Whipped Cream (dairy-free or regular)
- Organic Berries
- Chocolate Chips or Shaved
- In a blender, magic bullet or hand mixer, combine the ripe avocado, cocoa and milk until smooth. Add the agave, vanilla and salt and continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined and you have a perfectly creamy pudding. Top with whipped cream, berries or chocolate chips if desired.
