Creamy Chocolate Pudding



Oh dear, this pudding is good.
Creamy, dreamy good. Not only is it good, but it’s completely raw and can be a dairy free treat! With an avocado base, it’s blissfully creamy, without a trace of an avocado flavor.

Creamy Chocolate Pudding (vegan and gluten free)
Print Recipe
1 ripe Avocado
1/2 cup Cocoa Powder
1/4 cup Almond Milk
1/3 cup Agave
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
dash of Salt

Dairy Free Whipped Cream Organic Berries
Chocolate Chips or Shaved Chocolate

In a blender, magic bullet or hand mixer, combine the ripe avocado, cocoa and milk until smooth. Add the agave, vanilla and salt and continue mixing until all ingredients are well combined and you have a perfectly creamy pudding. Top with whipped cream, berries or chocolate chips if desired.

Serves 1 nice healthy helping or 2 smaller servings.
