There is nothing more comforting as freshly baked homemade fries. Sweet potato fries make the most warm, satisfying and rich snack. During the fall and winter months, you’ll appreciate the scent of potatoes caramelizing and cinnamon intensifying throughout your entire house!
With the weather cooling and the winds blowing, these have become my favorite afternoon snack. These sweet fries are baked in the oven to increase the ease and health factor. Fresh and crisp out of the oven, theses babies boast a perfect natural sweetness without a ton of oil or sugar. Savory potatoes may be perfect for a dinner side, but come on, we love the sweet side of things too. Cinnamon and coconut sugar make these all the more delicious! Enjoy!
