Before I tell you a little bit about me, I have to express my complete adoration for these girls at Natural Sweet Recipes! I owe these girls my left arm, seriously! It was them who started my obsession with coconut sugar, and introduced me to other sugars such as date and maple sugar! They have also opened up the doors for me in other areas, and I feel so truly grateful for them! Hopefully one day I can repay them for all they have done for me, and maybe one day we will meet! I can see us having a naturally sweetened dessert feast!

I’m married to my hunky hubster, and we’ve been blessed with two of the sassiest girls! They are my passion behind living a healthy lifestyle, and they are the reason I started my blog in the first place! Because of them, I’ve wanted to share my passion with others, express that life is meant to be enjoyed, and that anyone can live a healthy and happy lifestyle!
Over on my blog you will see recipes, family life, and exercise all related to living a healthy lifestyle! I have an extreme obsession with chocolate, and I will truthfully admit I eat it every single day!
