This fudge sauce is simply amazing. It’s easy to make and sooo easy to add to everything.
The first time you taste this chocolate goodness, you will seriously be in love. It has a thick, fudge like consistency with a wonderful richness. It adds the right amount of chocolate to a cookie, brownie, ice cream… it’s a good one. Mark our words – you are going to love it.
Dark Chocolate Fudge Sauce (vegan)
3/4 cup Cocoa Powder
1/3 cup Grape Seed Oil
3/4 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
1/8 teaspoon Pink Sea Salt
3/4 cup plus 2 Tablespoons Agave
3 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
Add all ingredients together and whip until smooth. I recommend using a hand held mixer so it’s easy to get all around the edges of the bowl. Then presto! It’s finished to be added to your favorite dish. Optional: let refrigerate for 30 minutes to an hour to let flavors blend and fudge sauce to thicken. (Warning: once refrigerated, sauce becomes more fudge like, thus promotes immediate consumption by the spoonful). If you want a sauce to drizzle over a dessert, reheat in the microwave.
