The start of a new year always brings about the start of renewed motivation and ambitious goal making. It’s an exciting time! What are you hoping to improve upon this year?
There is already inspiring talk about making better, healthier changes this year. We want to help promote this kind of thinking! No matter what your goals are, we hope we can be a source of delicious rewards. Eating good food is the best way to stay excited about a healthy lifestyle!
We will do this by making or remaking some of our favorite recipes with a few more healthy adaptions. Our hope is to add even more fiber, whole grains, raw foods protein and vitamins into our naturally sweetened treats. Below is our current baking plan for the new year. It is our “master” list!
