We will use any excuse to crank up the mint. It’s so refreshing with it’s faint natural sweetness.  Did you know there are health benefits to eating fresh mint? Mint can help soothe and relax a stressful mind, promote healthy digestion and can help reduce pain. Many people like adding mint to their tea, but there are other great ways to use mint- like in delicious desserts!

Although not all the following recipes use fresh mint, we’re sure the aroma and taste of mint extract is beneficial in its own way!

I really want to try that mint pesto – I know that’s a weird thing to say when it’s a post of amazing looking baked goods but that pesto really called to me (I do love it though and I love mint so to me it’s an ideal combo!)

Awesome recipe roundup! I’ve never had a shamrock shake and don’t really get the hype around them either but your version is definitely something I would enjoy! Anything with coconut milk in it is fine by me and I could go for a sweet minty treat! All the recipes look great and those brownies….mouth….watering!!

These all look amazing! My brother loves mint and chocolate together, I’ll have to make the mint chocolate brownies for him soon!
