Traveling poses serious challenges and temptations when your goal is to remain sugar-free.
The trick to remaining sugar-free when out and about is coming prepared with your own snacks. I try to prepare simple and delicious foods that are easily stored and eaten for traveling. One of my favorites is Kale Chips!
They are so easy to make and easy to pack. They’re perfect for long drives or flights. They aren’t too messy (only a little crumbly) and very easy to eat. They keep my feeling really good and light and then – when I want to indulge at that famous bakery or popular dessert, I can do so with enjoyment, knowing that I’ve been eating well. I hope you enjoy these!
