You might be asking what Mexican chocolate cookies are…
Mexican chocolate cookies have spice. They contain a bit more flavor and personality than regular old bland chocolate cookies.
Okay, chocolate is never bland. But these no-bake cookies are a little more special. When spices as unique as chili powder are added to chocolate it doesn’t become hot and spicy like you might think…
Rather the chocolate becomes even more chocolatey with a hidden and very subtle dimension of flavor. You’ll sense that something isn’t quite the same with these cookies. They will be purely chocolatey, and yet, there will be something different… something special. You must try it to believe it!
