Quinoa adds a nice earthy tone to these oats while packing in the protein. Overnight oats are simple and easy, yet this quinoa oat pudding has just enough sweetness to feel indulgent. It’ll keep you full and very happy. Have yourself a beautiful healthy day!
Overnight Vanilla Quinoa Oats with Fresh Berries (vegan, sugar-free)

3/4 cup unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
1/3 cup Oats
2 Tablespoons Quinoa, rinsed (Like one of these)
1/4 teaspoon Liquid Stevia
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Fresh Berries
Mix all the ingredients together except the berries. Allow to soak for 8-10 hours (overnight) in the fridge. Top with fresh berries and enjoy!
