Now for our 7 facts:
Since there are obviously 3 of us sisters, we decided to share a little about all of us.

1. All of us have lived in at least 3 different places in our lives- including California, Colorado, Utah, D.C., Idaho and New York. Currently, Holly is in California, Annie is in Utah and Chelsea is in D.C.
2. There are four kids in our family. Holly is the oldest, then our brother Ben, then Annie and Chelsea.
3. We all have played the piano, though Chelsea is the only one that has really stuck with it.
4. Both Annie and Chelsea went through the cosmetology program in their high schools to receive their cosmetology licenses. Chelsea is currently using it by working in a salon.
5. We like crafts! Especially crocheting, knitting, photography, paper crafts (we are obsessed with the cricut!), jewelry making, sewing and scrap booking.
6. We love learning about health, natural healing and all things food related.
7. We are all best friends and fly to see each other as often as possible!

Now let’s talk smoked salmon.

Salmon is so delicious and probably my favorite fish.
However fancy salmon sometimes appears to be, using this fish is incredibly easy. Salmon is also a favorite because it is so versatile. It’s one of the easiest sea food items to prepare and is delicious in so many ways. In a sweet smoked fashion, the flavor becomes strong and bursts with sweetness (and also ready to eat), making it superb for any snack or hor’dourves.  Served with cheese, fruit and special beverages, it’s a delightful start to any evening.

I can’t help but crave these scrumptious bites more often than the occasional party or holiday.  The slightly tart cream cheese balances out the sweet flavor of the smoked salmon wonderfully. Garnished with fresh or dried parsley over a crispy cracker ties this delectable appetizer all together.

Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Bites
Good Quality Crackers
Smoked Salmon
Cream Cheese
Fresh or Dried Parsley

Spread a teaspoon amount of cream cheese over each cracker. Place pieces of smoked salmon on the cream cheese and garnish with parsley. Enjoy!
