I recently had a few people to dinner and I didn’t know them very well. The first thing one of them said as we sat down to our salad course was, “Do you have any Ranch?” I had three salad dressing choices, but Ranch was not one of them. His comment made me resolve to always have this dressing in our fridge – but I don’t want to have the unhealthy kind as my only option. With young kids in the house, this dressing is a good staple to have around. I love this dressing on salad, pizza, and as a veggie dip. It’s just yummy and my girls love it!
This recipe is really a suggestion list rather than a hard fast rule. It’s great as is, but you can adjust seasonings to your liking or add a little more of what you think is best. I’m sure you’ll be right and create something fantastic! (If you do, let me know!) Either way, you’ll love this homemade version much better than anything you can find in stores!
