It’s common to start the day off with a huge breakfast or brunch (perhaps including donuts, cinnamon rolls or scones) and then end the day with a feast the size of Thanksgiving dinner! One way to alleviate this is to fill the day with healthy dishes and snacks – ones that aren’t filled with empty calories but make you feel good. That’s where this Eggnog Pudding comes in!
Because it’s an eggnog flavored dish, it’s filled with the nostalgic flavors of the season. The chia seeds are an extra nutritional bonus and help make this pudding. a pudding.
