Annie’s Vanilla Ice Cream

August 15, 2011

naturally sweet vanilla ice cream.jpg

During the summer, we know it’s our responsibly to eat as much ice cream as we canĀ muster. I’m adding another requirement. Eat more homemade ice cream. If you don’t have an ice cream maker, this is your perfect excuse to run, not walk to the store and get one! It’s ice cream season, and we’re going to do this right! Everyone needsĀ one! I bought this ice cream maker and love it! It’s worth the expense because I can make naturally sweet ice cream anytime!

You will love homemade ice cream. You will never feel the need to buy store bought again. Besides saving money, making it at home saves you unneeded chemicals and sugar and trips to the store.

This ice cream recipe is basic and simple. It’s not a custard so it doesn’t require any cooking or too crazy of ingredients (unless you count some of these natural sweeteners). Best of all, you let the ice cream maker do all the work. Nobody needs any extra work during summer! Let it be ice cream season and enjoy!
